1. Right to return a product: The buyer has the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been used, has retained its presentation and packaging.
2. Return of a product of inadequate quality: If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the declared characteristics.
3. Return procedure: To return a product, the buyer must contact our customer support department, providing information confirming the purchase. The product must be in its packaging and retain its presentation.
4. Refund: Is carried out within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product back. Returns are made in a way convenient for the buyer (cash, to a bank card, etc.).
5. Restrictions: Some categories of goods, in particular, goods - tobacco, vapes, pod-systems, are not subject to return, unless otherwise provided by law.
